Philippa Bell Memorial Trophy    
  This trophy is in memory of Philippa Bell.    
  At one time or another she held all the key roles within Pony Club at Area, Club and Branch level including as chairman of the first committee for this Showhunter event.    
  As this year's recipient, the family would like you to reflect on the core values she believed in, namely fairness, respect for all around you, including your fellow competitors and all those involved in supporting you as well as those helping to run the event. And last but not least - the only reason you are receiving this trophy, your pony or horse whose welfare is so important because they are totally reliant on you for their care and attention.    
  Lastly Philippa's view was that fundamental to success in life is to have confidence in and respect for yourself. From that your future has solid foundations providing for a fruitful life. These principles are key messages that are reinforced by your involvement in Pony Club.
